Submit an Invention

Got a new Idea or Innovation?
You are in the right Place!

Submission of an innovation disclosure is the first step in protecting and commercializing your innovation.

Ideally, your innovations should be disclosed at least 2-3 months prior to public disclosure. Early disclosure allows time for analysis and appropriate protection of the innovation.

Note: public disclosure includes, but is not limited to, conference abstracts, poster or verbal presentations at conferences or other meeting venues and publication of any kind - this includes foundation and university newsletters.

How to Submit

  • Use Single-sign on credentials.
  • Select “New Disclosure” from the upper-right hand side menu.
  • Select “Invention Disclosure” from the disclosure type drop-down menu.
  • Complete the form and submit.
