Submitting an Innovation Disclosure

What is an innovation disclosure? The Innovation Disclosure is a confidential internal document that summarizes your idea’s usefulness and lists any federal or other financial support. The submission form will further identify a list of contributors and their percentage contribution to the innovation, a description of the innovation, any materials from third parties and your plans for any public disclosures. Each contributor will need to electronically sign the disclosure for the form to be complete. If you are unsure as to how to proceed, please feel free to contact our office and speak to someone directly.
