University of Miami policy on inventions, intellectual property and technology transfer

The Faculty Senate, at its March 30, 2016 meeting, unanimously approved the revised Policy on Inventions, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer, located in the Faculty Handbook section of the Faculty Manual.
